PDF Compare empowers you by fast, intuitive, and intelligent comparison of any two PDF files with a parallel view of comparison results. Differences are highlighted in each band or rectangle for easier review. By default three colors are used to highlight the differences. Magenta, blue, green for modified, deleted, added contents. You can change the color scheme to your preferences.
In the menu Options->Highlight Colors, you are allowed to change the color scheme.
